This fun and motivating class will not only leave you sweating, but wanting to come back for more! This class will incorporates intervals of cardio, endurance and muscle conditioning to improve agility, speed, balance and athleticism It is very important to have strength and flexibility for tumbling! Don't forget to bring water!
Exploring exercise through fitness games, obstacle courses, intervals, self challenges, & more, this class includes 15 minutes of warming up, 30 minutes of non stop fun exercise activity, & 15 minutes of cool down and stretching.
